Every piece of AMEIRE jewellery is handcrafted with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read through this policy before reaching out — it covers everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings — for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final
- Sale or discounted items — these are final sale
To start a return, email us at info@ameire.online with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or faulty. In that case, AMEIRE will cover the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. AMEIRE is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you by email to let you know whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, please check with your bank before contacting us — there is sometimes a short processing delay on their end.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged, please email us at info@ameire.online within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement of the same item once the original is returned to us. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ameire.online as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will organise a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
